You’re In Good Hands Here
Every instructor at Grateful Heart Yoga & Wellness is intentionally chosen, carefully vetted, and highly trained — not just in movement, but in holding space for human beings.
Our instructors are certified, experienced, and deeply committed to continued learning. Many have additional training in areas such as trauma-informed teaching, meditation, sound healing, nervous system regulation, energy work, and specialized populations such as prenatal, post-natal, and beginners.
But credentials alone are not enough to teach here.
We look for instructors who are:
Warm and welcoming
Grounded and emotionally intelligent
Able to offer modifications and make all levels feel safe
Passionate about helping people grow, heal, and feel at home in their bodies
Aligned with our mission of gratitude, wellness, and community
You are not just a number in a class here.
You are a human being walking through the door, and that matters to us.
We intentionally create classes that are:
Accessible to beginners
Supportive for all ages and body types
Encouraging, not intimidating
Rooted in both science and soul
Focused on how you feel, not how you look
Because we believe wellness is not about pushing harder.
It’s about learning to listen to your body, calm your mind, and build a life you don’t need to escape from.
