Michelle is a passionate Zumba® instructor with over four years of teaching experience and more than a decade as a student. She loves exploring the wide variety of rhythms that Zumba® offers and brings that energy into every class—because the music will move you.

Her classes are designed to be inclusive, with most movements easily modified to meet individual needs and comfort levels. Michelle’s goal is simple: to create a joyful, uplifting “happy hour” of me-time where you can let go, have fun, and move your body.
