You said yes to yourself. We’re so glad you’re here.

We know walking into a new space can feel like a big step. Our intention is simple — that you feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease from the moment you arrive.

What to Expect When You Arrive

When you arrive, there is plentiful parking in our adjacent lot. Upon entering our hope is you feel a deep exhale.

You’ll be greeted by our team and shown where to place your belongings. You’ll have a few minutes to settle in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable in the space before class begins.

The studio is a calm, welcoming environment. Many people arrive a few minutes early to sit, stretch, breathe, or simply enjoy a quiet moment before class starts.

What to Bring

  • A yoga mat (we also have mats available if you need one)

  • A water bottle

  • An open mind and willingness to try something new

For sound baths or restorative classes, we provide props such as blankets and bolsters, but you are always welcome to bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and breathe in.
There is no special outfit required — just something you feel good in.

Most classes are done barefoot, but grip socks are welcome for barre or fitness-style classes.

When to Arrive

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class so we can welcome you, show you around, and help you get settled without feeling rushed.

Studio doors open shortly before each class and lock at the start time to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone inside.

Choosing Your First Class

If you are new, we recommend starting with one of these classes:

  • Gentle Yoga

  • Slow Flow Yoga

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Yin Yoga & Sound

  • Warm All Levels Yoga

These classes are slower paced, welcoming, and a great way to become familiar with the studio and your practice.

If you’re not sure where to start, we are always happy to help you choose a class that feels right for you.

Your mat is waiting for you...

No matter where you are in your personal journey — there is a place for you here.
