Corri is known for her authentic, energetic, and imaginative approach to yoga. She often describes her love of the practice as something that gives her a lift—allowing her to feel uniquely strong, inside and out. Yoga has been a part of her life for over 15 years, supporting her growth in strength and flexibility both on and off the mat. Whether practicing or teaching, Corri deeply values the positive connections that yoga fosters—connections to greater self-awareness, to fellow students, and to the broader community. She believes these connections are inspiring and help guide the heart and mind toward a state of giving.
Corri loves exploring a full range of asanas, especially those poses that are less commonly practiced. Her classes offer a thoughtful balance of creative sequencing (sometimes rigorous) and unique transitions, all grounded in alignment and building anatomical strength. Continually amazed, inspired, and humbled by the body’s capabilities—no matter when someone begins their yoga journey—she encourages her students to stay open-minded, trust their ability to grow stronger, and give themselves the chance to try. One of her favorite teaching moments is witnessing a student achieve a posture they once believed was impossible.
Corri has been teaching yoga since October 2017 and has accumulated more than 500 hours of training. Her primary experience includes power vinyasa flow, all-levels flow, and yoga basics. She also enjoys leading workshops focused on inversions and arm balances. Corri completed her 200-hour Aligned Flow training with Puma Yoga in 2017, followed by Jason Crandell’s 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga Training in 2021, and his 100-hour Art of Teaching Beginners in 2023. As a lifelong student of yoga, she continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing trainings and workshops each year.
