Nanci discovered her passion for fitness 18 years ago after the birth of her first child, when she began taking cardio kickboxing and step aerobics classes. As life evolved — with another child and the completion of additional degrees — she made a renewed commitment to prioritizing her health and well-being, which led her to pursue training as a certified group fitness instructor.
Today, Nanci is passionate about motivating and supporting others on their journey to becoming their best selves. Through a combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, she helps participants build strength, improve endurance, and achieve meaningful results. Beyond the physical benefits, she values the sense of accountability, camaraderie, laughter, and confidence that develops in a group fitness environment — making the journey not only effective, but truly enjoyable.
