Description: This 45-minute class brings the artistry of ballet to the burn of barre. Using traditional ballet barre exercises paired with classic barre movements, we focus on strength, balance, and control while lengthening and sculpting muscles. Description: Qigong Tai Chi is a practice of holistic health maintenance exercises designed to build stamina, improve balance, flexibility, and reset to one’s innate health and well-being; integrating gentle movements, breathing techniques, acupressure self-massage, and mindfulness guided imagery.
