At a point in his adult life, he began to experience anxiety and panic attacks. Fortunately, he received two powerful pieces of advice: to try therapy from his family, and to try yoga from his therapist.

Yoga quickly became his “chill pill.” It allows him to release the outside world—letting go of the past and future—while calming his mind, body, and soul, and easing anxiety. After just two classes, he knew that one day he wanted to become a yoga instructor.

After practicing yoga for more than 10 years, his life took an unexpected turn—and something beautiful unfolded. In 2017, he enrolled in a yoga teacher training program. This became one of the most meaningful experiences of his life, deepening both his practice and appreciation for yoga in profound ways.

He began teaching in 2018 and absolutely loves it. With over 1,350 hours of teaching experience, he has cherished every moment. He finds deep fulfillment in giving back through each class and continues to grow—both as a teacher and as a person—through the practice.

He truly believes that yoga is for everyone. He enjoys teaching at a slower, more intentional pace, creating space for students to release the outside world, let go of the past and future, settle into the present moment, and gently calm the nervous system when needed.

Namaste.
