Breathwork for Release & Renewal
When: Sundays, 7:00–8:00pm
With: Karen Krupp
Where: Studio 2
This guided breathwork experience helps you quiet the mind, release stored stress and emotional tension, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Through conscious connected breathing, the class supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, inner awareness, and a greater sense of peace and presence.
You may experience emotional release, relaxation, insight, increased energy, and a deeper connection to your body and breath. No prior experience is necessary — this is an active breathwork practice.
Prerequisite: None (All Levels)
Difficulty Level (1 easiest – 5 hardest): 1
Bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat
Please note: Breathwork can bring on intense physical and emotional release, so it isn't advised for anyone with a history of cardiovascular disease (including angina or heart attack), high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, a significant recent injury or surgery, severe mental illness, seizure disorders, or a personal or family history of aneurysm, or for anyone on major medications. Pregnant participants should get approval from their physician first, and anyone with asthma should bring their inhaler and check in with both their physician and the facilitator. Because it's belly breathing, plan to avoid eating for a couple of hours beforehand.
This is a specialty class — class packages can't be used here; it must be purchased separately.
