Sound baths are an opportunity to simply lie down, be held by sound, and allow your body and nervous system to deeply rest, reset, and restore.
Many people don’t realize how tired they are until they finally stop.
This is your permission to stop.
Sound Healing
How Sound Healing Found Becky
Sound healing was never part of Becky’s original plan, it found her at exactly the right time.
After more than 20 years of practicing yoga, Becky planned to attend Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. But life had other plans. Around that same time, she attended a heart-opening meditation workshop where a crystal singing bowl was played for the heart chakra. That moment changed everything.
The experience was emotional, powerful, and deeply healing, especially as a cancer survivor whose tumor had been located near her heart. The sound brought a feeling of peace, hope, love, and healing that stayed with her for days. From that moment on, she knew she needed to learn more.
What followed was a series of unexpected connections, trainings, and experiences that led Becky to study sound healing in California, where she realized she had found her life’s purpose.
Sound healing wasn’t just something she wanted to do: it was something she felt called to do.
Today, sound healing is at the heart of Grateful Heart Yoga & Wellness.
Becky feels deeply honored to offer this work and create a space where people can find peace, calm, healing, and rest in a world that rarely slows down.
Some people come for relaxation.
Many leave with something much deeper.
