Michelle is a 500‑hour Yoga Teacher and Certified Group Fitness Instructor (NETA‑CGEI) who has been teaching since 2016. She completed her 200‑hour training through the Carrie Treister School of Yoga and her 300‑hour certification at Satsang Yoga Studio under the guidance of Sharada Devi Jen Lenhart. Michelle loves blending strength, mobility, and mindful movement to create classes that feel supportive, accessible, and uplifting. Michelle’s wellness journey took on a deeper meaning after her Stage 3 Colon Cancer diagnosis in 2015.

During that time, movement became a lifeline — a way to reconnect with her body, find clarity, and rebuild strength from the inside out. That experience continues to guide her teaching and the way she shows up for her students. She hopes to create a space where people feel seen, encouraged, and empowered. Michelle’s goal is to walk alongside others in their own journey, offering tools that help build strength not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
